The OMNI platform now officially has a presence in the city beneath the hills - Plovdiv .
Mrs. Vaska Baklarova, founder of OMNI and CEO of Omni Human Development, opened the “OMNI NextGen Impact” conference in Plovdiv.
The discussions focused on how companies can align with European standards for sustainable development, what government support tools are available for businesses, and how local companies with long-standing experience successfully integrate young talent into their operations by sharing best practices and insights.
At the event, Mr. Jivkov – consultant for the OMNI platform – introduced the audience to key features of the platform and explained how his custom-developed AI matching algorithm connects student profiles with suitable job opportunities. His presentation drew strong interest, and following the official program, he engaged in one-on-one discussions, answering many questions from participants.
