Dr. Tsvetan Spasov, Head of the Managing Authority of the Human Resources Development Programme, remarked:
“If in the past the saying was ‘study so you don’t have to work,’ today we can reshape it to ‘study hard so you can work.'”
The core of the discussion focused on topics such as sustainable development, socio-economic well-being, government support tools for employment-related business initiatives, and strategies for career orientation, attracting, and developing students and young talents.

Mr. Jivkov, as the consultant for the OMNI platform, presented to the attendees interesting details about its functionalities, as well as how the AI matching algorithm he developed works to align a student’s profile with a job posting. The topic sparked significant interest, and after the official part of the event, he answered in person numerous questions from the audience.
