We officially launched it three days ago in Sofia, and yesterday – in Plovdiv.
I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Vaska Baklarova for the trust she placed in me by choosing me to lead this important project. It’s been a long journey – from her initial ideas, which I transformed into a detailed technical specification, through selecting the development team and managing the software development process, to the successful Go-live of the OMNI platform just a few days ago.
Let me lift the curtain a bit and share some of the key features of the platform:
🎓 Students now have their own dedicated digital space – with job postings, projects and programs, trainings, events, and resources for developing soft skills and career orientation.
🤖 The matching algorithm I developed offers exceptional precision – up to 1/1000 accuracy when matching a student’s profile to a specific job post. This means students will see numerical indicators for each job (e.g., 932, 814, 687…), making it much easier to choose the right opportunity.
🏢 Employers, on the other hand, can see the exact match level of each student who applies for their positions, enabling a more efficient and targeted selection process.
👏 Special kudos to the team at Hopix – the platform’s developers – who implemented the algorithm flawlessly on the first try!
🧩 Strong focus on personalization – both students and employers receive tailored recommendations and content based on their individual profiles and needs.
🕹️ Gamification elements – because no modern platform is complete without motivation through achievement and fun.
