Project HealthyW8: Healthy Habits from an Early Age: Launch of the Pilot Study at Kindergarten “Sunny Childhood” in Sofia

A 3-month initiative using modern technology and gamification to inspire children to be active, eat well, and build lasting healthy routines

Earlier today, at Kindergarten No. 65 “Sunny Childhood,” we launched the beginning of a three-month pilot study aimed at promoting a healthy lifestyle among young children. The goal is to motivate them to be active, engage in sports, learn how to choose and prepare healthy food, and to rest and relax — all in a fun, age-appropriate way designed to help them develop sustainable, long-term habits.

We’re incorporating modern technologies and innovative methods, as these are essential in today’s world and resonate with both children and educators. This initiative is part of our broader mission to build a culture of health from an early age.

Very soon, we will also be launching a related study focused on adults aged 65+, supporting healthy and active aging through similarly engaging and evidence-based approaches.
